wenty one members from District #4 met in Edgerton on October 26 at the Edgerton Royal Purple Hall to celebrate our annual gavel exchange. Ladies from Hardisty, Viking and Wainwright joined the Edgerton ladies. Stephen Grunow, a member of the local sea cadet group gave a very informative and interesting presentation about his trip to Vimy Ridge. The Edgerton Royal Purple had supported him so he could fly to London England with his group, tour the sites in London and then take the ferry to France. The highlight of this tour was visiting Vimy Ridge. He had wonderful pictures to show us and was an excellent speaker. Thank you! We were all sent home with a delicious CAN of Edgerton WATER, that had been bottled by Edgerton’s Ribstone Brewery from the special Edgerton water that comes from an underground aquifer under the town. All the locally beer brewed there contains this special tasting water.

Whitecourt Royal Purple Lodge #380 had a very successful Stuff a Bus event on December 4th, thanks to all the volunteers and HRL Deana and Sect/Treasurer Grace who both work very hard helping the communities in Whitecourt.
